Introducing Leo

IMG_6673

I’d like you to meet Leo.  Leo is a cat that was rescued from a bad situation, but you would never know that from his personality.  He is a very loving and tender cat.  For a while, we thought he had been declawed.  When we play with him, he will grab you, but never with his claws.  He has stretched up my leg and drug his feet down, but never used his claws.  Fortunately, he is not declawed, he just doesn’t use them, except on his scratching pad.  By not using his claws, he has the softest feet you’ve ever felt.  His coat is a medium length,  but not too thick, just nice and soft.  He does have a few scars from his past. We don’t know how it happened, but when we got him, he had a large scar down his front leg and across his shoulder.  We’ve had our vet check them, and now they are healed and the fur has grown back over the scars.  You’ll notice in the pictures that his left eye reacts to the camera differently than his right eye.  This is because he is blind in his left eye.  Again, we don’t know the history of this, but he does not let it bother him at all.

Leo has been fixed, vaccinated, and tested negative for worms, FIV, and feline leukemia.  He is as ready for a new home as he can be.

Leo is a very sweet loving boy that just wants someone to love him, a lap to lay in, and a hand to pet him.  Can you help give Leo a forever home?  Contact us through this blog if you can.IMG_6629IMG_6632IMG_6638IMG_6639IMG_6644IMG_6649IMG_6652IMG_6667IMG_6673IMG_6676IMG_6677_CroppedIMG_6678_CroppedIMG_6679_Cropped
